We found an overwhelming number of positive reviews online for DaVinci cribs from very satisfied customers. Most reviewers seem to agree that the Kalani crib is extremely sturdy, beautiful and very well designed. One parent stated that his new crib looks just as beautiful as the pictures online and is more than satisfied with his purchase. She not only raved about the crib, she also marveled at how many different styles and colors they had for crib sets and beautiful changing tables.
A lot of people commented that they especially liked the fact that there are no movable parts which seem to be a safety issue with other styles of cribs and baby furniture in general. Another very frequently mentioned comment was that the instructions were simple to understand and the crib was very easy to assemble in a relatively short period of time. Although almost all of the reviews are positive, there are some customers that did complain about how easily the wood can become dented and scratched if not handled with care on the wood crib. Most of these reviewers, however, did comment that despite this one negative characteristic, this crib far exceeded their expectations. For the teething baby, she recommended purchasing bite guards for the railings to protect the wood.
There were only a handful of customers that commented about the convertible features of the Kalani crib, but those that did stated that it was very easy to convert the crib to a day bed and semi-toddler bed and having the safety rail included was very convenient.
